BodyBeat Recreational Center hosted the first advanced fitness challenge of its kind

BodyBeat Recreational Center (aka BBRC) hosted the first advanced fitness challenge of its kind, #BodyMakeOverChallenge on 20^th September 2016. The BBRC Team was overwhelmed by the response to the #bodymakeoverchallenge when participants from all over the city came down to participate. The master class began with BBRC Program & celebrity trainer Mohammad Wasif followed by Nasir Inayat, Rizwan Noor, Ahmed Maddy, Hasan Rizvi and a few others. The challenges surprising had a very high participation rate of both males and females. Very special thanks to Mantahaa Tareen Maqsood for participating and judging the #dancersize challenge. We owe a great deal of gratitude for the BBRC team that stood behind this initiative and worked endlessly to achieve a successful event. A big shout out to our certified Zumba instructor Dosti Zahra that stood behind us and supported us along the way! Thank you to all the beautiful celebrities, stars, winners and supporters that came out yesterday and shined! Lets keep the fitness spirit up guys!

The session began by an advanced fitness class directed by Mohammad Wasif and his team. Mohammad Wasif has been merited with a certification from Shapes Health Stuido that relies on ACSM guidelines. We has also participated in fitness workshops for TRX, Cross Fit, Sports specific training, Nutrition, Biomechanics (Human Body Movements with Dr. Mark Slaven RTS123). He is also the lead Fitness Expert for BBRC program BodyMakeOver. Last but not the least Mohammad Wasif has also led the fitness challenges in both Unilever and Procter and Gamble Pakistan.

BBRC was established by Hasan Rizvi as the first dance and fitness center that caters to people from all walks of life. It was established with the sole purpose to provide a recreational center to all that choose a healthier lifestyle.
