Authorities urge passengers to stay at home and avoid heading to the airport. The Civil Aviation Authority assures that normal flight operations will resume once the situation stabilizes. Although officials have not shared the specific reason for the airspace closure, it is believed to be part of a broader security measure.
PIA Cancels All Flights for 12 Hours Amid Security Concerns
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has canceled all its flights for the next 12 hours due to operational reasons linked to the ongoing security concerns. A PIA spokesperson advises passengers to keep in touch with the airline’s call centers for updates on their flights.
