Here is a small sneak peek into the much anticipated Manish Malhotra Blue Runway collection for Lakme Fashion Week 2015. Recently, Manish Malhotra announced his Blue Runway collection for Lakme Fashion Week at his Delhi store.
As per news the blue runway presented by WEvolve will showcase vibrant hues of blue and yellow designed by Manish Malhotra. Best thing about this collection is that with this Manish take a step with WEvolve- a global campaign to empower young men and women to stand up against gender violence.
The 15th edition of Lakme Fashion Week, where the event celebrates its 15 years, will begin from 18 to 22 March 2015 at Palladium Hotel, Mumbai. 84 Designers and 15 sponsors will be participating in Lakme Fashion Week 2015, Couture Queen, Anamika Khanna, will present her collection as the Grand Finale designer, LFW’s prodigy, Sabyasachi to open the season with an offsite show, WEvolve presents Manish Malhotra – The Blue Fashion Runway Show, International brand Tom Tailor to debut in India with their Summer/Resort collection at Lakmé Fashion Week, Gauri Khan to showcase Satya Paul’s Summer/Resort collection, Shivan & Narresh to present their luxury swimwear collection, Raghavendra Rathore to close Indian Textile Day with his regal collection with 16 models to debut and 39 designers to show in the Emerging category and at the Jabong Stage at Lakmé Fashion Weekc2015.

Manish Malhotra is one of India’s most successful fashion designers. Malhotra has designed for many leading actresses in Bollywood. He is known in the Indian film industry for his different style and his ability to envision a ‘look’ for the character. He is known for designing the costumes for Urmila Matondkar in the film Rangeela. Stars including Madhuri Dixit, Sridevi, Kajol, Karisma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Kareena Kapoor, Rani Mukherji, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Sonakshi Sinha, Preity Zinta and Parineeti Chopra have worn his designs.
