Ahad Raza Mir & Sajal Ali, first Pakistani celebrity to be invited by The Green Carpet Fashion Awards 2020 (GCFA) hosted by Hollywood actors Robert Downey Jr.
Previously held at the world-famous La Scala Square in Milan, GCFA 2020 is one of the most glittering events of Fashion Week, attended by some of the world’s most influential people. The 2020 event will highlight the sustainable style of iconic global stars and Robert Downey Jr. will be opening the show exclusively for audiences tuning in on YouTube.
Ahad will be seen wearing something unique by Pakistani artisanal brand Rastah. According to Ahad the outfit has been handmade, and hand dyed not only helping promote local artisans but also creating a near zero carbon footprint.
Meanwhile Sajal, like she has proudly done in the past, will be recycling one of her earlier looks. She will wear an outfit she wore during her wedding celebrations earlier this year to suit the core subject of this event – sustainability.
