Employees protest against unpaid salaries
Metro Bus employees gathered at the station carrying placards and chanting slogans against the management. Workers claimed they had not received salaries for the past two months.
According to the protesters, many employees are struggling financially because of delayed payments. Workers also said the new management company dismissed several long-serving staff members without proper justification.
The demonstration led to a temporary suspension of Metro Bus operations on the affected route.
