Ahsan Khan is on fire these days. Coming off fresh from the success of his recent drama, Qayamat where his character Rahsid was lauded by the masses. It received much hatred due to his manipulative nature. This displeasure is a testament to his acting chops. After portraying different characters one after the other, we expect Ahsan to surprise us each time.
Ahsan Khan and Mawra Hocane are once again coming together in lead roles in upcoming drama serial ‘Qissa Meherbano Ka’. The duo painted magic in their last outing Aangan (2018). Produced by Momina Duraid of HUM Network the project is directed by Iqbal Hussain and written by Fakhra Jabeen.
“It’s a family-oriented drama” revealed Khan in an exclusive conversation with Trending In Social.
“It’s been around two years since I haven’t been a part of any HUM TV project. Qissa Meherbano Ka has been written under the supervision of Momina Duraid. When she offered me this character, I really liked it and came on board.”

Divulging details about the plot, he said, “The narrative revolves around two families, their conflicts and how their children suffer and face the consequences. It depicts that how greed can drive people in the wrong direction. How people act materialistic, manipulate and use others for their good. It showcases human emotions that occur in such situations.”
He further added, “People will instantly connect to it as it hasthe elements of a household story. The cast also includes Mahsal Khan, Ghazala Kaifi, Laila Zuberi, Mohammad Ahmed, and Zeb Rehman. It launches a couple of new faces Naumaan Aijaz’s son Zaviyaar Naumaan Ejaz, model Khushhal Khan and Noor.”
