The cost of 24 karat gold per tola experienced a decline of Rs.2,600, settling at Rs.209,400 on Monday, in contrast to its previous rate of Rs.212,000.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw a decrease of Rs.2,229, lowering to Rs.179,527 from its previous value of Rs.181,756. Meanwhile, the rates for 10 grams of 22 karat gold dipped to Rs.165,544 from Rs.166,610, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
In addition, the price of one tola of gold saw a Rs.50 reduction, bringing it down to Rs.2,500. The cost of 10 grams of silver also declined by Rs.42.87, now priced at Rs.2,143.34.
On the international front, the price of gold increased by $7, reaching $1,926 from its previous value of $1,919, as reported by the Association.
