Meera Jee Receives Best actress Award in India !
Pakistan’s very own Meera Jee recieved Best actress Award in 3rd Delhi International Film Festival 2014. The festival started on 20th December 2014 & ended on 27th December 2014 (Saturday). The festival ended on a positive note showcasing some beautiful & interesting films to the audiences.
Some eminent personalities like Tigmanshu Dhulia, Meera, Taslima Nasreen, Khalid Mahmood Mithu, OP Mishra (director of NDMC), Vinod Goyal (Commissioner of Customs in Central Exercise), Sangeeta Gupta (Commissioner of Income Tax), Bouthaina Al (Deputy Chief of Mission Morocco Embassy, India), Rajeev Gupta (actor) & Bharati Taneja attended the festival.
A total of 28 awards in various categories that included films, art, literature, photography & fashion were given at the grand finale that took place at NDMC Convention Centre in New Delhi.
