Women in Business: Dubai based Entrepreneur ”Iqra Reza” Shares her success story

Iqra Reza is a Dubai based holistic mental health therapist, emotional intelligence expert and a wellness trainer. She has an extensive background in fashion design. She is the founder of the boutique “Darzi” and is now the owner and founder of her own personal brand “Iqra Reza Official”.

1. What inspired Iqra Reza to become an entrepreneur?

In search of becoming an amazing mother, she branched out and studied mind sciences which became her true calling. During the pandemic, she started her wellness program “Heal, learn, transform”. The program is an IPHM approved course that helps people to improve different aspects of their life by managing stress and anxiety. Furthermore, her background in fashion design pushed her to create her own personal brand “Iqra Reza Official”

2. What challenges you faced when you started your journey as an entrepreneur?

I faced many challenges when I first started my journey as an entrepreneur. Finding customers, making an impact in the market, successfully portraying myself and my vision to the public are just an example of that. When starting out, making myself standout from the competition was very important. Successfully managing to that was one of the biggest obstacles I faced when I first started.

3. What is unique about your business?

Spreading happiness and positivity is the niche of my business either its making cloths or doing therapy my aim is to spread happiness and positivity in the world.

4. What have you enjoyed most about starting your own brand?

What I enjoyed the most about starting my own brand was the freedom that came with it. I was able to create and express myself without any restrictions set upon me. Furthermore, starting my own meant that I had all the creative freedom to create what I want. Doing what I love on a daily basis is one of the best things about starting my own brand.

5. How long did it take you to find success?

Success is very subjective the definition of success is internal success how successful do you feel in your own aura.My journey has been of its kind I have faced many failures but every failure has diverted me towards something big and fulfilling.

6. Iqra Reza’s future plans?

Iqra Reza plans to continue on the upward stream of success. Innovation is a big part of her future plans. Her plans include expanding the business and reach out more people.Her upcoming book Embrace Your innerchild is her next contribution to the field of healing.

7. If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Be consistent, believe in your dreams you are worth everything your heart desire no dream is small so dream big you will achieve it eventually with your willpower and the power of your mind.
