Shah – A Film based on the true story of Pakistani Olympian Boxer

Based on the incredible true story of Pakistani Olympian Boxer Syed Hussain Shah, SHAH is another much anticipated upcoming Pakistani film which releases on 14th August 2015.

SHAH is a story of Syed Hussain Shah who started his life on the streets of Lyari, Karachi as a homeless child and went on to dominate Asian boxing for nearly a decade. He became the only Pakistani boxer in history to win an Olympic Bronze Medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics but was afterwards forgotten by public and media alike.

He remains the only Pakistani athlete to win an individual medal at the Olympic Games in the more than 50 years.

The cast of the film includes newcomers, with Lahore based musician, actor Adnan Sarwar playing the main lead.

The film is all set to release in cinemas across Pakistan ON 14th AUGUST 2015.
