Pakistan’s leading Sports presenter Zainab Abbas has been blessed with a baby boy. Zainab tied the knot with Hamza Kardar back in November 2019 in an intimate wedding ceremony.
Zainab confirmed the news of her new born by taking up to her social media with a post which said:-
”This might be my finest bit of work yet…thrilled to announce the arrival of Taimur Hamza Kardar on 7th December 2021. Our hearts are full, do keep us in your prayers”.
Zainab had announced her pregnancy news earlier this year in September. She had posted a photo with her ‘travel partner’, breaking the news of her expected motherhood.
Zainab Abbas is a Pakistani sports journalist who has made her name in the field of cricket by breaking barriers & stereotypes in a male dominated field by being the first Pakistani female to enter the world of broadcasting on a global level.
Currently working at Dunya TV as a sports anchor she is the lead presenter for Pakistan Super League and has also worked for Ten Sports on the home series against Zimbabwe. She is also the host of another league T10 launched in 2017 & has made her mark in the cricketing fraternity by hosting events for Shahid Afridi foundation, farewell for Younis Khan & many more related ones.
