The Pakistani Rupee showed resilience against the US dollar in today’s interbank trading, gaining 11 paisa and closing at Rs 278.11 as compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs 278.23.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the open market rates for the dollar stood at Rs 277.50 for buying and Rs 280.25 for selling.
The Euro also experienced a decline of 32 paisa, closing at Rs 299.11 against the previous closing of Rs 299.43, as reported by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
Meanwhile, the Japanese Yen remained stable at Rs 1.80. However, the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed a decrease of Rs 1.12, trading at Rs 348.58 compared to the previous closing of Rs 349.70.
