Storyline  of drama serial ”Mera Maan Rakhna”

”Mera Maan Rakhna” is highly emotional family drama that will pull at your heartstrings. The story of a woman who is unfairly blamed for tarnishing the family name. Now the same fate awaits her daughter. Momina and Sajjad eloped because their families opposed their marriage. But while Sajjad is forgiven by his mother Farida, Momina is labeled a wayward woman who has brought a bad name to the family. Now Momina’s pretty daughter Muqaddus wants to marry her beloved Mohid. But her mother’s reputation threatens this match.

Wahaj as Muhid in ”Mera Maan Rakhna”

Smart, handsome young man. Educated and broadminded, Mohid is basically a happy go lucky person. His caring nature is visible in his deep love and respect for Muqaddus to the extent that he takes a stand for her against his parents when they refuse to propose for her.

Sukynah as Amal in ”Mera Maan Rakhna”

Confident young girl. Friendly and lively but speaks her mind when challenged. Basically innocent and good hearted, she stands up for her cousins Muqaddus and Asad when they are being unjustly accused.
But although she loves Asad, she submits to her mother’s decision of choosing Faris as her life partner.

Mature, soft hearted woman. Devoted wife and loving mother to Muqaddus and Asad. Momina’s gentle, patient demeanour is what has made her survive in the hostile environment of her susral. But her inner strength is revealed when her children’s happiness is threatened.

Maryam Fatima as Muqaddus in ”Mera Maan Rakhna”

Pretty college student Muqaddus is an obedient, sweet natured girl. She has a positive outlook on life but is mindful of her family’s values and name. Although she wants to marry Mohid, she is willing to sacrifice her own happiness if her parents are opposed to this match.

Saad Qureshi as Asad in ”Mera Maan Rakhna”

Asad’s good looks and charming personality have won Amal’s heart. Despite living in a hostile environment, Asad is respectful to his elders and maintains a cheerful, fun loving attitude. He is very protective of Muqaduss and supports his sister against anyone who plans to harm her.
