Location

Situated at a distance of 32 kilometers (20 miles) away from Skardu, it takes two hours by jeep, to reach the shimmering waters of the Kachura Lake. In the spring season, the banks of the lake provide a rare yet enthralling image of the colorful flowers and peach, apricot and apple trees. It is a popular spot for trout fishing.
