ARY Digital drama serial Sar-e-Rah starring Saba Qamar in the lead aired its Episode 1 and it left the audiences speechless with a unique storyline. The drama overall discusses the idea of embracing change and flying high by losing all the weight for the women of Pakistan.
Sar-e-Rah is an exceptionally well-written drama, which discusses the stories that are scattered all around us but unfortunately we tend to shy away from shedding some light over them.
Sar-e-Rah will share the stories of women who are the victim of child marriages, girls who are being suffocated solely because of their gender, daughters who are unable to help their fathers as their honor will be at “stake” and a transgender who is being humiliated for his identity.

Our Verdict
Sar-e-Rah Episode 1 was fast paced & every scene was heart-touching with Saba Qamar outstanding as always. Bravo to the makers for bringing to us such an amazing & unique storyline.
There are no unnecessary scenes, no delays, no unnecessary BGMs, and no stretch everything was so natural with perfect direction.
The dialogues were so inspiring & heart-touching. The makers raised important issues through almost every scene. From the importance of woman’s education to breaking stereotypes of our society for women.
Saba Qamar as Rania, was the highlight of the first episode as she stole the show with her spectacular acting.
