The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a special facility for overseas Pakistanis residing in Saudi Arabia. According to an official press release, a NADRA mobile registration team will be stationed in Dammam on 26 and 27 September (Friday and Saturday) to assist Pakistani residents with essential documentation.
Mobile Registration Team to Provide Services in Dammam
The mobile registration team will provide services at Tamimi New Camp and Zohran, Eastern Province from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (local time). This initiative is aimed at making vital identity services more accessible for Pakistanis living abroad.
During this special setup, overseas Pakistanis will be able to access the following services:
- New Smart NICOP issuance
- Smart NICOP re-print
- DUP clearance
- Conversion of NICOP to Smart NICOP
- Cancellation of NICOP and Smart NICOP
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
Earlier this year, NADRA introduced multiple payment options to make the process easier for applicants. Fees can now be deposit directly at NADRA offices. Through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or E-Sahulat outlets, and even via digital QR code payment through mobile banking apps, enabling instant transfers without extra charges.

This new facility is part of NADRA Saudi Arabia ongoing efforts to provide hassle-free, user-friendly services to overseas Pakistanis, ensuring they can manage their documentation without needing to travel far from their cities of residence.
