The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced the launch of a Mobile Registration Drive to assist overseas Pakistanis living in the United Kingdom. The drive will begin on August 23, 2025, and will provide vital identification services at designated locations in Birmingham and Manchester.
NADRA Brings Mobile Registration Services to UK Cities
According to NADRA, the Mobile Registration drive will be set up in Banbury (Birmingham) and Brierfield (Manchester), where mobile registration vans will be stationed to facilitate overseas Pakistanis. The services will include the renewal of Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs), issuance and renewal of National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOPs), and Family Registration Certificates (FRCs).
To make the process faster, NADRA has requested participants to bring their old CNICs or B-Forms. Dedicated female staff and separate counters will also be available to ensure a comfortable experience for women.
In addition, NADRA is encouraging the use of its Pak ID mobile app. Which allows users to renew CNICs, register births and marriages, and even apply for government jobs online. This digital initiative aims to reduce waiting times and make services more accessible to overseas Pakistanis.
