Imad Wasim Named New Captain of Karachi Kings

Welsh-born Pakistani Cricketer Syed Imad Wasim Haider known as Imad Wasim has been named the new captain of PSL team Karachi Kings. This was announced today in Karachi at a press conference headed by owner of Karachi Kings Salman Iqbal.

It was much anticipated that the new captain of Karachi Kings will be Shahid Afridi, but the man himself mentioned in the press conference he suggested the name of Imad for Captaincy and is very confident that the new youngster will do his best and he will give his best support to him.

Imad on becoming the captain stated ”I started my career under Shahid Afridi captaincy ,and am very thankful to him for guiding me”.

Shahid Afridi on announcing his new Karachi Kings skipper mentioned Imad is young & talented and holds the future.
