A female student tragically died after falling from the first floor of Kinnaird College for Women, located on Jail Road in Lahore. The 21-year-old student, identified as Maida, was enrolled in the BS Computer Science program.
The incident occurred at the college’s library, situated on the first floor of the building. Maida fell from a height and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries in the emergency ward.
According to Lahore Police, the fall was attributed to dizziness and ill health. Authorities have launched a further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine the exact cause.
The death has left the college community in shock, with students and faculty expressing their grief over the tragic loss.
