Exchange rates 27th Dec 2021 : The exchange rate of Pakistan rupee weakened by 04 paisas against the US dollar in the interbank trading on Monday to close at Rs178.16 as compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs 178.12.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollars in the open market were recorded at Rs179.8 and Rs181.2 respectively.
Similarly, the price of the euro was appreciated by 09 paisas and closed at Rs201.85 against the last day’s trading of Rs201.93, the State Bank of Pakistan reported.
The Japanese Yen remained unchanged to close at Rs1.55, whereas an increase of 25 paisas was witnessed in the exchange rate of the British Pound, which was traded at Rs238.96 as compared to its last closing of Rs238.71.
The exchange rates of Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal increased by 01 paisa to close at Rs48.50 and Rs47.44 respectively.
