Bigg Boss 14 Contestant and BJP Leader Sonali Phogat passes away due to heart attack in Goa earlier today. As per reports the 41-year-old leader had complained of uneasiness to her staff on Monday after which she was taken to the hospital.
Sonali was the National Vice President of BJP’s Mahila Morcha. In the world of showbiz, she appeared in Punjabi and Haryanvi music videos, and has acted in the TV show “Amma: Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma” and Bigg Boss 14.
Currently, the post mortem is being conducted. The actress had gone to Goa for two days for a shoot.
She was 2019 BJP candidate from Adampur. The BJP leader and actor is survived by her daughter. Audiences would remember Sonali as a soft-spoken person on the reality show who kept a low profile.
Sonali was married to Sanjay Phogat but unfortunately, her husband lost his life in 2016 in mysterious circumstances at their farmhouse. She leaves behind a daughter named Yashodhara Phogat.
