Sindh Government has extended the province-wide COVID-19 lockdown restrictions till August 15th 2020, in a bid to stem the infection from spreading.
In this period, operational days/hours for businesses shall be as under:
Business timings except pharmacies & essential services — 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 6am to 7pm. Restaurants & cafes, etc — All days of the week (closed for customer dine-in & only take away & home delivery allowed), take away & home delivery (6am to 7pm), home delivery only (7pm to 11pm).
Prior to this certain areas of Karachi’s South District went under a lockdown from 3rd till July 16, as govt initiated the use of the smart lockdown strategy to stem the spread of coronavirus .
