A powerful flash flood in Rawalpindi has swept away a car carrying two people, sparking an urgent search and rescue operation. According to rescue officials, the vehicle was submerged in fast-rising rainwater after heavy downpours hit the city.

As the rain intensified, the car reportedly stalled due to accumulated water on the road. Qazi was attempting to restart the vehicle when the floodwaters suddenly surged.
