Sidra Iqbal to be Keynote Speaker for Conference at Pakistan Navy War College

[Karachi,November 17, 2015] Renowned public speaker, television journalist and current affairs analyst Sidra Iqbal has been invited by Pakistan Navy War College tomorrow to shed light on the highly pertinent subject of ‘Code of Ethics – a need for today’s media’ as part of  a four-day conference being held at the College.

Known for her charismatic and eloquent style of speaking Sidra Iqbal is one of the youngest orators and development activists in Pakistan today. She is constantly sought by reputable institutions both at home and abroad, to air her views and is the recipient of a number of awards including GR8 Women Award for Journalism 2014.

Pakistan Navy War College is a premier seat of learning in Pakistan Navy where officers of the rank of Cdr/Lt Cdr/equivalent from Pakistan Navy, sister services and friendly countries attend a year-long staff course on a regular basis. The 45th PN staff course is currently underway at the college. Renowned speakers are invited to deliver lectures on various subjects. In order to educate officers on effective interaction with media, aworkshop in collaboration with Media Advocacy Center (MAC) has been organized at the PN War College from 15th to 18th November 2015.
