Pakistani Artists nominated in Times Most Desirable List of 2014

Pakistani actors who made their entry in Bollywood, the likes of Humaima Malik, Fawad Afzal Khan, Imran Abbas, Meesha Shafi have been nominated for the first time in Itimes India’s Most Desirable list along with Atif Aslam and Ali Zafar who have also been nominated in the previous years.

Pakistani Artists nominated in Times Most Desirable List of 2014 are :-

Fawad Khan makes his was with charming looks, deep baritone and tons of charisma – this Pakistani actor has it all. The actor made a royal debut with Disney’s ’Khoobsurat’ opposite Sonam Kapoor. But before the movie released, the actor was already a sensation with the television series like ’Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ and ’Humsafar’ which made him a household name. Kissing on screen is something which he is not comfortable with and he wants to take his time for selecting the right role. He’s bagged Akshat Verma’s next film. He is also filming for ’Battle For Bittora’ which will be released in Australia, India and Pakistan.

Imran Abbas Famous for his flamboyance, the actor debuted in Bollywood with ’Creature 3D’ opposite Bipasha Basu. This Pakistani actor has made a mark in a Pakistani film ’Anjuman’. His next film ’Jaanisar’ is an upcoming 2015 Bollywood drama film directed by Muzaffar Ali and produced by Meera Ali.

Atif, spent more time across the border than his home in Pakistan. Apart from performing in concerts and doing playback singing in Bollywood movies, he took a break from his busy schedule. On a personal front he became a doting father to baby boy and believes social media has the power to bring many Pakistani artist to perform in India.

Ali Zafar, the charismatic singer-cum-actor was seen in two films during the year. While ’Total Siyappa’ bombed at the box office, YRF’s ’Kill Dill’ also got lukewarm response from the audience. He wanted to change his chocolate boy image and sported a gun-toting gangster to experiment with his looks. Well, he indeed looked hot, but film didn’t do much for him.

Humaima, is a Pakistani beauty who is a superstar in Pakistan and took India by storm when she debuted with her first Bollywood film ’Raja Natwarlal’. Her classic beauty makes her a hot property & she is now focused on Bollywood after signing a three film deal. She’s even made India her second home. So here’s to another friendly neighbor who has been smitten by the Bollywood bug.

Meesha is a Pakistani model, actress and a singer, she is known for her work across borders and continents. She was seen performing at various concerts. She has the right mix of contemporary meeting the modern style.
