New Spell of Celebrity Cricket League begins in India … The opening match, of cricket league for celebrities, was held at Brabourne stadium in Mumbai on Saturday. The whos who of Bollywood were seen at the match enjoying with enthusiasm. Seen among the bollywood celebrities were Malaika Arora, Suniel Shetty, Arbaaz Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Makarand Deshpande to name a few.

The Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) is a non professional men’s cricket league in India, contested by Eight teams consisting of film actors from Eight major regional film industries of Indian cinema. The league commenced in 2011. Since its inception, television viewership of CCL matches have grown to become more popular than the International Cricket games in India.
