Coke coming up with World Cup song featuring Strings and Atif Aslam …. With cricket world cup just around the corner our brands and musicians are also looking forward to win the hearts of millions by coming up with up beat motivational songs for the biggest grand slam of the cricketing world. The 11th ICC Cricket World Cup, will take place from 14 February to 29 March 2015 and will be hosted by Australia and New Zealand.

This year Coke is in full swing working on its special song for Worldcup which will feature Strings, Atif Aslam and various other stars including Javed Miandad, Adnan Siddiqui. Strings band recently got hooked up with Coke as producers for the most awaited music showcase of the year ‘Coke Studio’ with season 7. Coke Studio was previously produced by Rohail Hyat. It is also heard that Coke has bought the rights of the show from Rohail Hayat and now transferred the production responsibility to Strings (Faisal Kapadia & Bilal Maqsood).

Strings band previously did a song for Cricket World Cup 2003 ‘Hai Koi Hum jaisa’ which was much liked by all audiences.

Lets us all look forward to this much awaited song and wish team Pakistan all the best for cricket world cup 2015.
