Bank Alfalah collaborates with Cinepax and UnionPay to launch ‘Cinepay Mobile Wallet’ for moviegoers

Bank Alfalah with its aim to strengthen the innovating of everyday transactions, entered in partnership with Cinepax Cinemas and UnionPay to launch the ‘Cinepay Mobile Wallet’. KARACHI – June 16, 2016: Strengthening its commitment to innovating everyday transactions, Bank Alfalah has signed an agreement with Cinepax Cinemas and UnionPay International to launch ‘Cinepay Mobile Wallet’.  Designed exclusively to facilitate movie buffs, this first of its kind co-branded Mobile Wallet will not only make movie tickets and other retail purchases easier for the customers, but will also give them a chance to enjoy loyalty rewards and discounts with every transaction they make on the card.

The Bank Alfalah powered Cinepay Mobile Wallet will replace the existing Cinepax loyalty cards and allow the customers to now enjoy cash-in facility at all Cinepax Cinemas & Bank Alfalah branches. The card will be acceptable at all ATMs & POS machines available in Pakistan & abroad. With each Cinepay transaction, customers will earn redeemable reward points and loyalty discounts. Cinepay also supports online purchase of movie tickets which can be done through the official websites and mobile applications of Bank Alfalah and Cinepax. Additional services such as utility bill payments and purchase of mobile airtime can also be availed through Cinepay.
