ABBAS HASAN TO RELEASE BRAND NEW SINGLE SWEET GIRL WITH VIDEO

[Thursday, 2^nd July’15]: Spotted most recently at Karan Johar’s birthday bash in London, French pop singer and heartthrob Abbas Hasan has taken to Twitter to announce the name of his highly anticipated new single. The Artist of the Year winner is releasing Sweet Girl later this month; post the success of his last chartbuster Jaan Ke Vaaste [Bombay Club Mix], which saw him collaborating with DJ Khushi (Shahrukh Khan’s official DJ).

Abbas’s music videos are known to create a lot of buzz. After his Away video starring Humaima Malick, speculation about his upcoming video has been rife. Abbas also announced via Twitter that he would reveal more about Sweet Girl over the course of the month ahead of the release.

The only information revealed about the video thus far is that it has been shot at various locations across Europe including London and Paris.

Speaking about the song Sweet Girl, Abbas says: “Sweet Girl is an up-tempo summer love track with a middle-eastern edge. I can’t wait to share it with my Habibis.”

The song is produced by his mentor Rishi Rich, best known for his work with artists including Jay Sean and Britney Spears.

Abbas is already rumoured to be working on further Bollywood related projects, after starring in a previous Indian film with a Filmfare award-winning director. After multiple chart-topping singles, a film career in the works and an ever growing global fan following, the press are already hailing Abbas Hasan as the next big thing, to which Abbas replies “it’s flattering and I think every artist has their own soul and their own journey.
